OB就是Over The Counter Bulletin Board的简称，中文意思是柜外公告板，一般是给那些没有资格上NYSE，NASDAQ，AMEX，或是因为经营不善给赶出三大交易所的股票交易的地方，那儿的股票的特点是交易量小，风险大。

文章都贴出来了，自己不去花点心思来看，非得别人帮你指出是什么意思，跳进股海不淹死才怪。Aptimus' ticker symbol will remain "APTM" on the OTC Bulletin Board. However, some Internet quotation services add an "OB" to the end of the symbol and will use "APTM.OB" for the purpose of providing stock quotes.
