今天收到皇家银行的信用卡拒绝信，说我们有不良记录。我们每次都是帐单到付款。老公给皇家银行打电话，听说我们在一个根本没有帐户的银行里申请到的信用卡记录非常坏。我们听后很震惊。刚才，我们打算花钱在网上花钱查自己的信用记录，申请过程中问我们有没有一个信用卡的尾是****的在哪个银行？我们根本就没有这个卡，看来要到下周去问了。

有一种最坏的可能, 你们的个人资料被别人冒用并申请了信用卡. 建议和你们皇家银行代理联系, 然后和那家信用卡机构查证确认后可以考虑报警.

和equifax，transunion（两家credit bureau）联系，要一份信用报告，如果确认有欺诈（fraud）发生，让credit bureau给你加上consumer alert并赶快报警，然后通知发卡行此fraud case，发卡行可能会要你提供police report number。然后等发卡行调查，如果银行确认欺诈，自然会还你清白

Do not be nervous, just ask Equfax ..to get the credit history report, and then try to find what's wrong with that.
My friend, she has 8 credit cards under her name even before she landed in Canada.
She write to Equfax and request them to investigate that. Now she has a clear
credit report. Later,she got her own credit cards.
