A popup windown appeared. The error message is as follows:
An unexpected error occured.
Classes not registered.

I click ok button the popup window, then when I click an item that I am going to uninstall, the buttons change and remove are gray, not enabled.
How come? If you can give me any hint, I would appreciate it very much.
