买卖股票有3个工作日的交割期. June 26这一天买入,June 30交割后股权才真正是你的. 因此必须在June 26这一天之前(含June 26) 买入才能分到dividend ,26-30这段时间卖出或买入股票对dividend的分发不构成影响.

那么如果26或之前买入，27卖出也可以得到dividend吗？不用一直hold到30？

I don't think so. "Payment will be made to unitholders of record on June 30, 2003", does it mean you need to hold the unit till the end of month?
