You didn't have Ref. No.? I am using PC on-line banking to pay my bills, after I submit my bill, I always print the done page with Ref. number. I have used it for 4 years and I didn't find any mistakes yet.

付帐后你帐户里的Balance不是少了吗？ Transaction都有记录，要Reference Number干嘛？

偶每次付了帐单都要在帐单上记下ref no跟日期，然后至少保存一年
