我用的是tender flake的面团,中间抹过黄油的,所以化开以后直接用擀面杖擀擀铺到蛋挞模子里,加上调好的蛋水,烤好就自然是起酥式的葡挞啦

It's puff pastry, you just 化开以后直接用擀面杖擀擀 to make the 蝴蝶酥. I made some and it's pretty easy.
