斗，一定要都到底。 准备好同样的问题， 明天再打电话，不停的COMPLAIN，不能解决，就找上级， 一级一级的找。 直到问题解决了为止。 记住，每次打电话，重复几次问他/她的名字， 好让对方知道，你要一级一级的COMPLAIN。。

Actually, all Canadian brokers are as suck as RBC, you can not find any cheaper or better brokers in terms of RRSP self-direct account.

说不定真有人能借这个漏洞来借鸡生蛋发大财呢, 我确实是个倒霉蛋. 它系统里的漏洞多着呢, 如你去开个美金的INVESTMENT 帐号, 每次买卖时都需选一项:Settlement Currency :CAD/USD, 而且default状态是CAD,每次都得很小心得CHANGE到USD,不然你用美金买的股票刹那间就成了CAD, 让人胆颤心惊

One of my friend had a very similar experience. My advice is change to TD Waterhouse. I have used for five years. No problem at all.

I also use TD Waterhouse and very satisfied with the service. Actually I had the similar experience this weekI thought I cancelled my first order, but it had been sent to prior fills with no confirmation of filled or not. Then I placed the second order, TD Waterhouse called me to let me aware that my first order had not been completed out and be cautious about the possibility of two orders. When I called them back the representative was so kind to contact the trading department and told me there was only one order open.
