You can input Chinese under Windows in English version without extra software.现在的操作系统是支持多语言的,也就是说西文状态下也可以录入中文,并且不需要安装额外的软件.Windows in English version 下可以配置成录入中文.具体操作为:start----->settings----->control panel--------->regional option------->input locales------->add (add input locales)

Thanks a lot. But under------> add(add input locals), I can not find 'Chinese'. There are Japanese, French, German, etc. Do you have any other good ideas?

Go to IE:
View/Encoding/More/Chinese Simplified, Then it will ask to insert CD to install language package
