you mean offline address book right? if so, search offline address book in outlook help.

打开outlook后，在菜单tools里面应该有这个同步的副菜单的。注意需要事先连在exchange server上，最好是快速的LAN上。

Thank you both. I can manually export email address from exchange server and import it into outlook. Is there any simple way?
