Banks normally charge you additional fees for currency exchange. Sometimes the fees can be waived for large amount. That will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Should have asked first.

if your plan was bordless, you probably get a higher rate. i don't remember there was service charge for me.

Well, you are talking about market rate when you say 1：0.692, and 1:0.6815 is the over-the-counter rate when you do on the easyWeb. You could get a rate in middle of above two, say 0.6843, through mutual fund switching.
