check credit card company product description, it varies in a great deal. I don't think CAA has anything to do with your credit card.

if you rent a car, the golden credit card provides your insurance. So you do not need to buy by yourself.

同样要付membership fee的。CAA的还可以拿点地图，做个旅游计划什么的。当然比较贵。
