Use IB you can trade after 16:00 and before 9:30, but the
volume is very small.

i'm using TD waterhouse, but how to place order for pre or after market?is it the normal one? i placed an order before, it reached the price during pre-market, but it didn't filled. and where can i see pre or after market price for dow jones or nyse?

sorry, I only use IB(InteractiveBrokers.ca). You can trade like normal stock, but the volume is not big, the spread is width. Another problem is that it is not so convenient to transfer money to/from IB account.
