It's not such easy. Although you can signature on the back of the check. But some bank can refuse this check due to they can not confirm that signature is owned you. Hehe . Good Luck

Not only bank, but also teller. .In same bank, different branch or teller will have different result. It's not a good idear for you. You'd better. Cash this check and write another yourself check to the third peason
