You can setup MS word as your default mail editor, then you can do almost everyting there, but Word will generate ugly html code, you can use 'View Source' to prove this.Another way is to use other htmleditor like Dreamweaver to do the work, when it's done, select all (of the preview page not the html code) and then copy/paste them to default outlook message editor. Some features like frames/iframe are not supported by outlook. Hope it helps.

By the way, I think you know that the url of the picture shoule be something like "http://www.yahoo.com.../myphoto.gif",to make it short, what you send out is the html code, the receiver must have access to embeded pictures.

thanks dear, and buddy above, i figure it out the embedded html thing though, just not dirty and quick, but embedded picture, i know there is software doing that (pic), just have to pay $
