不可以。SQL 2000 的DATABASE 不能 RESTORE 回SQL 7. 只有用DTS TRANSFER.

Export to txt file, then import by txt file, if both dababase has the same structure.If not. Export the ddl file first, create the database by the ddl, then import the data. (be careful, take a look the tech doc, to see whether some special data type you used, if have, then you need to have a think how to convert that). Good luck.
