瞎思考一下:运动多的人最好不要急剧地减少运动。否则比经常不运动的人肌肉的影响大。从不运动到运动身体调节容易,从运动到不运动身体调节难。(戴好安全帽了,砖来我躲😄)个人觉得静就常静,体静心也要静。常动的保持量力而行的常动。别过量尤其是别骤增。
