For applying the Visa? If so, take the photo by yourself, and print it in any future shop. If for passport, Costco is a choice. Hope it does help.

take it and edit it 6 in 1 by yourself, then print

Don' t worry. Even you cut it from any pic will be fine. As long as it looks like a 2"x2" photo. Not that serious.
