那好象是骗人的,我就没有用Hotline。至少改地址没有任何问题,已经改了两次了。Hot line给我的第一封信的地址是半年前的,我怀疑它不能接触到TD的updated客户信息。

可那个狗屎AGENT硬说没有HOTLINE,以后就不能再打电话服务了,我说我要跟SUPERVICER或MANAGER谈,他说他就是。

不会吧,我的卡号被盗用,打电话过去,原帐号马上终止,一星期收到新卡。我并没参加HOT LINE SERVICE。

I checked the TD website.It's true that you can't get 24 hour calling service without Hot Line Service for Green Card.SO I cancle my card, Anyway, I can't afford the risk for I lost card and I don't want pay the annual fee that suddenly add to my card.

Another thing is TD makes me fells very bad.They ask you to pay the extra fee after you have already use the card for a coupleyears. That means they add the fees when they think you are depended on the card. And these services is free for almost all the other Credit Card. Of course, It's a business and they keep the rights to change the subjects base on the aggreements we signed with them. But I also have the right to reject their service.

Most Credit card has a "24 HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE" that include in your credit card package. The Green Card is the only exception I have seen.

I have hold about 5 credit cards now. None of them has 24 hrs customer services. They include Citibank, TDBank, CIBC, Royal Bank and Bay Credit Card.

This Fee is only happened with Green Card, And as the customer service told me, the hotline service will be free for a certern period(he didn't mention it will be how long) and then they will ask you for money.

你可能misunderstood他/她的意思了,hotline registry services 和 平常的customer service是不一样的。hotline registry services是要年费的,如果你丢失了wallet,这个service可以帮你cancel所有的credit cards, with just one phone call。通常的customer service,如address change等等,所有的credit card都是free的,除非它明确说明有年费(annual fee),这个annual fee 也不是那个hotline registry service的annual fee。如果一个credit card没有annual fee,并且没有customer service(不一定24hrs though),这是极不可能的。
当然,所有的credit card companies都希望你看不懂他们的fine print的,这样他们才有赚钱的机会。

你说的是正常情况,我曾经一个一个地问他,他的所有回答全是NO,就是说他始终坚持HOT LINE SERVICE是你必需的SERVICE,否则你不能改地址不能通过电话来CANCLE你的CARD,我甚至告诉他我只要CANCLE GREEN CARD,他依然坚持。我当时觉得TD是小人,现在想来是这厮吃错了药。我已经写信去COMPLAIN了。
