1.无所谓。用处不大的账户可以关闭。关闭之前记得确认有没有服务费，因为有些银行开户时间太短就关，要另收服务费的。2.信用卡不关是否花钱的事，只是不方便而已。我以前遇到过收visa不收master的店，现在那家2种都收了。

Better to keep 2 accounts.Just in case you couldn't use one of debet card under some condition, the problem either from the cashier or the bank itself like TD last year.
