speak and listen to them, I guess...:-).if retailer claims it's fresh, that should be okay. St. Lawrence market always has quality PEI mussels. Pretty fresh.

我是在LOBLAWS买的,我想那种店应该是比较讲求质量的。做法:油,加葱姜蒜,爆香,加水,开后放淡菜,加料酒,开口后续煮5分钟,加盐:)

把淡菜用手紧紧握一会儿,手松开。如果淡菜的口又张开了,那肯定是死的。如果闭的紧紧的,那就是新鲜的。
2。看
唐人街的淡菜是养在水里,散着卖的。看到浮在水面上,千万别买,那肯定死了。
