问你的律师，I-129 错应是你律师的责任。公证是怎么回事？看起来不是INS的错。多一个G和多十个是一样的。

Seems like you have to ask your attorney to correct it for you. or you may try your luck at US Consulate, but I don't suggest that.

It depends. My wife got her H1-b, even if INS misspelled her name tian to tain. But the names on the application forms are all correct.

你们签证过了吗？？我们不敢冒这个风险。让律师重新更正。可是律师说有可能要花几个月时间，心里巨闷！这不是1000美元的快件白交了吗??我就不明白，改一个名字需要要这么长时间吗？

If the mistake is made by INS, that's fine, INS will correct it pretty quick. Acturally INS always makes some mistaks, but if you/your lawer/your sponsor gives the wrong informations to INS, that's another story.

I have not idea about that.This kind of case rarely happens, because all your documents are prepared/checked by the laywer, they are supposed to be very careful and professional. Push your lawer, It's his/her responsiblity since he/she gets paid.

So, if they can keep your offer for 3 months, you will have time to get it correct. Otherwise you can only take chance to the consulate. You can call them to see what happen first. Good luck.
