开车进美国比较简单，但是有了签证第一次进去，会要求进到里面收每人$6，另外每人给你一张“小白条”，就是I-94，写明可以停留多久，原则上该小白条离开美国的时候要交还美国移民局，否则移民局还认为你迟留在美国没有离境。

你是什么签证？b1/b2最长只能呆半年。第二次再填一个新的i-94就是了。

Ｈ－１和Ｈ－４的Ｉ－９４有效期是同签证一样，一般为３年，３年后须申请延长。
最长Ｈ－１Ｂ可有６年

if you come back from Canada or Mexicoif you come back from Canada or Mexico, you can keep using the same I-94. but if you come back from any other country outside north America. then you need to fill out a new I-94 form. BYW you don't need to pay that $6 because you are H-1/H-4

有了签证并不等于肯可以合法进入，只有I-94才是合法进入美国的“证件”。我刚才讲的进去是指，一般加拿大公民或者美国公民、绿卡在汽车里不用下车，将证件给移民局官员，问些话就可以通过。而中国公民持有加拿大“绿卡”者，虽然有了签证，第一次进美国还要求将车开到旁边，人将到办公室办理手续。

Most likely it doesn't matter if you keep it. but I still suggest you to mail it back to INS and keep the mailing receipt and the copy of I-94 for your reference.

I'm not sure if you should sent I-94 back to INS office or US Consulate. I suggest u to mail it back to INS office. check the instruction on the back side of I-94 form
