To be honest the purpose of these agents are Money--Commission. For RESP, several reason you need not buy:1. you child won't go to any post-secondary education.
2. you are not sure if you can pay a fix amount of money every year.
3. you child will able to make the money he needs, like most of the "lao wai", actually, I believe this is the best way, your child also learn lots of stuff from this experience.
