工作学习 / 求学深造 / 那位DX知道，还没有拿到身份的移民（已拿到加国一个Master degree）申请美国学校还需要再考托福吗？如果被美国学校录取，按什么身份算？
若拿不到奖学金可以申请加国贷款吗？谢了。

美国和加拿大是两个国家，你在这两个国家的申请不相干。

1. NO, 2. F1 3. Yes if valid school and program in OSAP list. do a school search at OSAP website.

"申请美国学校还需要再考托福吗？"-->YES/NO, It really depends on the policy of the school.Try to inquire of the school about it first, if not, them argue with them, you may even get GRE waived.
"如果被美国学校录取，按什么身份算？"--> Chinese
"若拿不到奖学金可以申请加国贷款吗" --> Yes iff you get PR of Canada, and it's from federal only.
