很简单，只要到开户行的柜台前，说想order几张空白支票就可以了，免费的，不过要等两三天才能拿到手

If I remember correctly, you can go any branch of CIBC, tell them you have a checking account with them and ask them how you can get the free check book. (I remember it is about 100 free pages)
