我和我爸学的,很好,你可以一试:将要卤的东西先开水煮去浮沫。然后清水煮开。将八角,茴香,桂皮,葱姜蒜等全投入。老抽上色,加盐,糖 调味。煮开后小火1小时。浸泡于卤中,箱吃时捞出来。浸的时间越长越好。

hi, do you mean boiling or just put all staff in wok for three days. if we just put in wok for 3 days, how come the meat will be ok to eat,it is raw.

开你个玩笑啦,你以为是真的:)把要卤的东西特别是肉类洗净,放入开水锅中滚一下,再清洗血渍和白色泡沫,另起一个卤锅,水煮开后,下入“卤味香”,葱结,盐,老抽,姜片等等,总之根据个人口味啦,开锅后关小火煮三小时,然后泡三天。:)
