工作学习 / 求学深造 / TOEFL 260 TWE5.0, GPA UNDER85/GRAD86, got an offer of Concordia Univ for Jan 2003, MSc in EE. Do you think I should accept this offer or apply for a better school for next Sept.? Thanks in advance!!

I think you have two choices:
1. Go to this university in Jan., and apply for other universities for Sep. entry;
2. Defer this offer to Sep. If no better offer at that time, then go to Concordia.

Thank you all, for your insights. I pretty agree Scuwangyu with his/her comment. Of Concordia ECE Master degree candidates are 80% with prior PhD academic background, due to the large volumn of Chinese applicants.But why feel cowered and return to China, even I am 52 already? I am quite in demand still in China, even without Canadian credentials. Returning school works here only, bridging previous professional experiences to local market, I suppose.

concordia据我所知，在加拿大本地人中reputation不错，其实很多人被拒。其实就算你是多大或者猾铁鹿出来的CS现在也不一定就好找工作，看你年龄也不小了，早点读完回国混吧，何必呢？加拿大也就那些学校，其实在国内读书时又有几个人瞧的上？哎。。。。。。
