why not ask me first? I'm a professional to do it although I'm not good at cook. because I'm meat free,so I can make pretty good fish dish and soup,shrimp either. @_@

don't 腌.Little oil frys it for a little while. Pour in water, hot or cold doesn't matter, after it turns white,then put in salt. half hour or so, it's ok. I did several times before I left Toronto. Try again. :-)
