已经在肚子里啦!味道还不错,口感有点像螃蟹腿的肉。烧法如下,供参考:切成一寸大小方块,黄酒,酱油,糖,淹二十分钟。沥干少量油煎一会,放入淹鱼的佐料,在放葱姜蒜糖,炒香,加水,中火炖10分钟。
