In our university, it's so important to use original document, including degree certificate and transcript...I’m from York U.some friends, they just used the notarial documents when they applied the university, but in October, university told them to give the original one no later than November. Otherwise, they will be rejected from the university….

请问你说的ORIGINAL是指让学校在翻译成英文的成绩单上盖章吗？如果申请YORK，有了英文的还需要中文成绩单吗？

You are right. But they don't need the Chinese transcript (the officer doesn't understand Chinese character:))

都行，但是我看只有几个学校写着学校出具的原件证明/公证件，一般只写学校出具的原件证明。

TO cocoren:你指的ORIGINAL DOCUMENT是不是自己翻译的学位证拿到学校盖章就可以了,毕业证也要吗?还有我用不用去公证了,原件和公证件都要吗?成绩单中文的也需要吗?急,多谢了!

The answer is as above. But I have to say I’m a graduate student. As I know, one of my friends who are undergraduate students just used the photocopy one…. so, good luck!I don't think you need the notarial documents to apply York U.
