it's not late for most universities, but i believe it's late for UOT. cause the deadline is Feb.1 for most of disciplines

最保险的办法就是上学校的网站去查deadline，比较费眼睛，但是比任何人转告你的都准确

The deadline is for your application package, excluding other supporting documents sent by ETS, your previous university, referees, etc. As long as your application arrives on time, don't care about other documents.

Actually it doesn't matter. All you should do when you receive your offer is to inform the registrar that your change in your status and ask them to change the tuition fee for you.

我觉得多半是来得及的. 用信用卡付帐,最多2周ets就能邮成绩给学校. 我当初申请时候递的都是复印件,正式的是6月份的事了.//考试的时候把那几个免费学校填明白了,学校和系的代码,要不可是吃亏啊!
