完了，前不久我刚把大的公民证给过塑了。现在小的那张卡还在，政府给我的时候就已经是过塑的。那小的那张公民卡在护照过期以后，还能替代这张大的公民证用么？有人知道该怎么办么？

若干年前，申请护照时只用了小的，没用大的。大的都不知道放哪里了。
