WestJet is showing flights from Toronto to Dublin, Ireland for $381 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

The flights are nonstop both ways.

Back in March, Ireland dropped *all* covid related entry restrictions. That means there’s no longer a need to provide proof of vaccination or recovery, test results or even the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) that was once required.
