Points which are forfeited will be removed from your Aeroplan account following 18 consecutive months of inactivity. Subject to certain terms and conditions, it is possible to reinstate expired points up to 6 months after they are forfeited.
Aeroplan account inactivity will not occur for: members under the age of 18, Aeroplan Elite Status holders, or Aeroplan Credit Cardholders in good standing, as determined by the credit card issuer.
