Please study from the link below to understand BAI format. In BAI format, each entry is separated by a comma and the last character is followed by a slash (/). Therefore, the file itself could be a TXT file.
紧急求救 FICO 问题: Does the Bank reconciliation program RFEBKA00 only uploads the BAI format file for updating the general ledger and the subledger. Can we use other file format, such as CSV etc file format?

The BAI format describes the record layout inside the upload file not the file format itself.

Thank for clarification, Eddie. Is there a way to upload file containing data whose layout is not BAI compliance? ABAP program, data conversion or any automation method?
