Role: SAP Payroll Specialist
* Must have experience: Prefer SAP HR Certified Consultants
* Familiar with running of payroll for multiple frequencies for Canada
* Conversant with configuration of Wage types & processing classes
* Should be very well versed in taxes for Canadian payroll – mandatory skill
* Experience with integration of benefits to payroll
* Conversant with Integration of payroll to FI
* Should have worked with Arrears and year end processing
* Should have worked with Off cycle processing
* Excellent knowledge of Third party posting and remittances
* Should be familiar with statutory reporting needs and accruals
* Very strong on PCRs and Schemas. Should have worked extensively with personnel calculation rules – (Pl do not submit resumes without this )
* Familiarity with Personnel Administration – understanding enterprise and Personnel structures
Role: SAP HR Specialist (OM/PA)
* Must have experience: Should be conversant with setting up Personnel , Enterprises and Organization Structures
* Strong knowledge of configuring Actions, dynamic action
* Maintenance of Payscale areas, types and structures
* Conversant with customizing User interfaces for menus and infotypes
* Configuration of features related to Personnel administration
* Strong knowledge on Objects in OM like Org Units, Position, Jobs, Work Centers
* Good understanding of relationships between objects and Time constraints Classes
* Good knowledge of configuring evaluation paths
* Knowledge of maintaining several versions and significance of number ranges
Role: SAP HR Pay Lead (Time Management)
* Must have experience: Prefer SAP HR certified consultants
* 5 – 7 yrs of experience in Time Management implementation
* Should have worked on setting up Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Work schedule rules
* Must have worked with CATS and interfacing of other time systems to SAP
* Should have worked on setting up and maintenance of Quotas for absences and attendances.
* Should be conversant with positive and negative time recording
* Should be very conversant with PCR and writing custom PCRs and modifying Schemas
* Should have worked extensively on Time Wage type generation rules, processing types and managing of Time types.
* Should be comfortable with all time management related features
* Familiarity with Personnel Administration – understanding enterprise and Personnel structures
