If you want to study in good programs, please don't don't care about the location. Most schools are in small towns. Especially in Canada, small means really small, ... but isn't it good for study?Economics:
Top graudate programs: Western Ontario, Toronto, Queens, UBC
As to others, as long as they offer graduate programs, pretty much the same.
