工作学习 / 求学深造 / 我只想在多大选修几门课，不要学位part-time的，大约6门，应该如何申请，我到学校问，系里老师让我尽快选课，可学校的入学办公室说截止日期已经过了，让我填一个appeal，至今没有音讯？我该怎么办？

I'm not sure about UT. But in UW, you can go to the course instructor directly and ask them for signing a course override form to accept you. If you don't need a degree, you can just go in to listen without register.

也许是因为课程的注册时间已经过了，一般在开课之前又专门的注册期。这里的term很短的，要不就等下一个term.

In this case I have to take toefl test first, get 250(twe5.0), then I can apply next term before June 1st. Faint, 6 courses have to be taken a term to upgrad my application for 2003 the time when I am going to take gre.
