Could you please tell me the reason? Because I already put the cheese in the freezer section.If the nutrition is changed, I have to take them out. But it would be really appreciated if you can give some more information. Thank you.

豆腐冻了也能吃，味道不一样，只不过CHEESE 都推荐冷藏，我相信不会变质，就是口味不一样，水结晶，在溶解，形成空洞，不如你来报告结果？

For the hard cheese, if I just looked at them, I couldn't really tell the differences.The tastes seem to be the same, because my kids have never complained. But I am not 100% sure, because I don't like hard cheese at all. For the fresh cheese (i.g. Minigo), my kids love the frozen ones, because they are like popcicle. My main concern is the nutrition. Cheese is nutritious. If the freezer destroys the nutrition of cheese, it is not what I want.

应该没问题，我家从山姆店买来大块奶酪，丈夫切成几块，放在冷冻室，吃时候拿出来。我不吃奶酪，不知道有何区别。丈夫讲没问题。
