1. before install exchange, you should do forestprep and domain prep.
2. check your DNS server setting regarding no Internet Access, can you access Internet by IP address?

I can find some procession from the eventview. but I am not sure how to check the DNS setting? I can ping the others IP address in the LAN, but I can assess the internet by http:url.
