1. 把烤箱预热到450F.
2. 取7张PHYLLO, 一起裁成圆形, 或者不裁也可以, 做成长方形的PIZZA :-)
3. 铺上第一张, 然后用刷子薄薄的一层OLIVE OIL (如果买OLIVE OIL COOKING SPRAY更简单, 一喷就行, 不过有点贵, 不如用刷子省钱), 撒上一层PARMESAN CHEESE(不用太多, 也不用哪里都撒到, 撒不到的部分下一层重点放); 再铺上第二张, 如此刷油, 撒CHEESE. 直到第七层为止
4. 涂上BROCCOLI PESTO (做法见下), 然后把你爱吃的东西放在上面, 比如:西红柿, BASIL, 虾, 蘑菇, 什么都可以, 再放点GOAT CHEESE(很提味, 不喜欢就算了, 也比较贵)
5. 放到烤箱, 3-5分钟即可.
BROCCOLI PESTO做法:
makes about 2 cups
1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup tightly packed broccoli florets
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1/4 cup chicken stock
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1tb balsamic vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1/4 tb black pepper
combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste.
