I saw the stats of approval and denial rates for EB13 one time, but it's no longer listed on the USCIS website. It's close to EB11 as shown in the link.

枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 我也搭车问个美国绿卡问题。我的公司是美国公司的加拿大分公司。近几年有加拿大人到美国总部任职。职位从manager，director到vp，svp不等。从来没有听说他们有等绿卡的问题。当然就我知道的几个从加拿大到美国任职的都是本地出生的。如果中国出生的加拿大公民要不要等绿卡？

they may get L1 visa, it is faster to get gc for L1 holder.

经理级以上的可以拿L1A签证，然后走EB1C办绿卡移民， 速度很快。 普通员工是L1B，办绿卡也要走EB2/EB3，时间上没什么优势。

我认识的加拿大经理到美国, 吹嘘L1办绿卡快, 结果绿卡没搞到,公司倒闭了, 他为了绿卡不敢跳, 一直等到公司关门最后一天, 这样将来连tn都申请不到了. 有了移民倾向历史了.从此对美国痛心疾首.

I am using L1A and EB1c (officially called EB13) from Canada. L1B for specialists, L1A for managers. But the amount of evidence and the rigor of evaluation are extraordinary, and the approval rates for L1A and EB1c is low.

那要看雇主了。如果是世界有名的大公司，EB1C被拒的可能性很小。

My EB1c was approved, but after 5 months, no premium processing available for EB1c. BTW, EB1c is not exactly same as L1A. EB1c requires both US and overseas positions being managers. L1A only requires current US position being manager.

要看公司和律师怎么做材料了。我认得一人，L1B入境，后来公司给改成L1A办绿卡。 此人在美加都不是经理职位，材料上说职位有“Management Role & Function”，一样办下来了。

中国的也不用等排期.他们是拿L 1签证,通过E B 1-C 这个类别申请移民. 半年到一年就下来了.

不想要绿卡了，放弃就是。再说你如果回中国去闷声发大财，以后也无回美打算，不理会美国的报税又能怎样？
