    现在找到一份正式雇佣的工作，才开始上班，打算想要一个孩子，我是不是要过了试用期要比较好？产假和父母假的申请要求是不是只要在过去52周内工作满600小时即可，有没有要工作到怀孕几个月才能申请的要求？申请难度大吗？谢谢！
