last night, i went to a public library and sat down near a corner with a book in hand. in the corner was an asian woman whose face was pale and skin was completely white. she was leaning her head against the wall, facing directly to me. i stared at her in confusion for a while. I almost stood up to greet her, out of curiosity, but decided not to. a cold air passed and chilled me to the bone. this time, all i saw was redness in her eyes. i crept away from my seat and ran out of the library.
