I am on work experience program now and my boss told me that he will put me on company's apprenticeship program to learn all sections of the business. It's a big freight forwarding company based in Germany and future of the company is very promising. The apprenticeship program will last 2.5 years (certainly I will be paid.) because I will work in each department for 6 months.
I got MBA offer from UBC last week and am waiting for UofT, ect.. Should I turn down the job offer, go for school? Any of your suggestions are welcome.
My background - 8 years in international trading. If I go for MBA, after graduation without any Canadian experience, will it be very hard to find a decent job like what I am going to have now? thanks everyone.
