I pick one(m-net.arbornet.org), pretty easy to register, the process is after you login with uername 'newuser', -- a cmd line interface, haha, first time. you need to have telnet and ssh client on your PC.

the only draw back is I can use telnet and ssh to login to other host (my pc) after login to the free host.

There are lot limitation to the account
