1. Data server is a Single point failure

Decentralized Advantage
1. Fast if data are stored distributed
2. If data link to centeral server is broken, operation will not be impacted

Decentralized disadvantage
1. Data consistance maintenance
2. User and file system management is a nightmare
3. System back and recovery is also a nightmare
