problem come from the installation of the Sympatico high speed???

When I installed the setup software of the Sympatico High speed, The respond information is:
"Unsupported Language
The language your system operating system is configured to use is not supported by this program!"

Although my computer is configured the windows 2000 Chiners Version, but I don't like to change it to English version now.

Have any good solution use the Sympatico high speed on the Chinese version operating system?

I have already inform the Sympatico company but no reply now.
