1.小孩税务补贴（CCTB，俗称牛奶金）
The Canada Child Tax Benefit is a tax-free monthly payment made to eligible families to help them with the cost of raising children under age 18. The CCTB may include the National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS), a monthly benefit for low-income families with children, and the Child Disability Benefit (CDB), a monthly benefit providing financial assistance for qualified families caring for children with severe and prolonged mental or physical impairments. The CRA also helps deliver related programs for many provinces and territories.
2.小孩看护费（Child care subsidy）
Child Care Subsidy is a monthly payment that helps British Columbian families with low incomes meet the costs of child care.Child Care Subsidy Estimator
3.低收入补助（Income Assistance）
The Ministry of Human Resources(MHR) provides services that move people towards jobs and assists individuals and families in need.Income Assistance Estimator
4.学生贷款（BCSAP: British Columbia Student Assistance Program)
BCSAP was created to help eligible students with the costs of post-secondary studies at colleges, universities, university colleges, institutes and private training institutions. It is a needs-based program, which exists to supplement, not replace, funds available to students through work, savings/assets and family resources/income. A basic principle of BCSAP is that the primary responsibility for the funding of post-secondary education rests with students and their immediate families. Student Financial Aid Home
