打电话过去,客服说,他们只可以给客人退一次的overage data fee。又翻来翻去把原来发生的事情重复一遍,4/15日那天客服告诉我的话重复一遍,被告知客服经理也做不了主。需要去跟公司最高层请示。请示完了会给我发邮件。
过了俩小时,收到邮件,只能退50%。
“We would like to apologize for the inconvenience when it comes in notifying you about your data usage. We talked to our team, and we would would like to inform you that we can provide a 50% credit for your data overage fee. Please let us know if you agree with this so we can immediately apply the credit.”
我立马把收到的流氓公司的所有text message 完整截屏,特地谷歌学习了如何截长屏。
然后回邮件。告诉他们,我demand 100% refund。不然会把这个事情捅到social media, Ontario Consumer Protection agent and CRTC( Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission)。
然后,又过了几个小时收到邮件,事情解决了
